With respect to the legacy Nortel voice products, Avaya announced a product Roadmap on January 19, 2010. The short story is that all products will be supported for a minimum of six years by Avaya and longer by All-Mode. The BCM and CS1000 product lines will have new software releases in 2010. All of the Nortel voice products will be able to integrate with an Avaya Aura system which will be the flagship product for Avaya in upcoming years.
